PRESSED STEEL DOORS FRAME AS PER IS: 4351

Genreral Doors - Pressed Steel Doors Frame As Per IS: 4351
Welcome to MT FIRE DOORS

MT FIRE DOORS specializes in the manufacturing of Pressed Steel Door and Window Frames in full compliance with IS 4351 standards. These frames are fabricated using high-quality Cold Rolled (C.R.C.) or Galvanized Iron (GI) sheets with thicknesses of 1.25 mm and 1.6 mm, ensuring structural strength, durability, and precision.

Each frame includes essential components such as the hinge jamb, lock jamb bead, and, when required, angle thresholds made from 50×25 mm mild steel angle sections or base ties crafted from 1.25 mm pressed mild steel. These parts are either welded or rigidly fixed together using reliable mechanical methods. For installation convenience and enhanced structural support, adjustable lugs with split-end tails are provided on each jamb.

To further enhance performance and longevity, every frame is fitted with 3.0 mm thick steel butt hinges, lock strike-plates, and shock absorbers as per requirement. All surfaces undergo a thorough pre-treatment process followed by the application of a protective coat of high-quality steel primer, providing excellent resistance against corrosion and ensuring superior finish.

MT FIRE DOOR’s pressed steel frames are designed to meet the functional, aesthetic, and safety needs of both residential and industrial projects. These robust frames are ideal for high-traffic environments, offering exceptional support to fire-rated doors and enhancing the overall integrity of the doorway system.
